Show Your Own Name in Internet Explorer Title Bar

internet explorerThis tweak will show your own name in Internet explorer title bar. Normally it shows the name of the page title of the opened page and then Internet Explorer next to it. But you can customize it to show the page title and then your name. It’s can be done by some easy tweaks in registry edit. You can show impress your friends with this cool trick as we all want to insert our identity in computers. Let’s know how to do this.
Changing Internet Explorer Title Bar With Own Name :
1. Navigate to Start >> Run
2. Type Regedit and press Enter.
3. You will get the Registry Editing window. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER >> Software >> Microsoft >> Internet Explorer >> Main
4. On the right hand side you can see some registry names with values. Check for a registry name Window Title.
5. Change Window Title value to your name. Save the edit and close the window.
6. Restart internet explorer and see the changes.
From now on internet explorer (IE) will show your name in it’s title bar. No matter whatever page you open, it will start showing your name next to that page title.
